Thanks for sharing. My mum feels bloated when eating wheat products, so is trying similar techniques (although not on a diet as such). She feels much lighter and more active when she doesn't eat hevy wheat products.
Out of interest, I noticed the many other diets down the right hand side of the webpage. We could always try a different diet if this one doesn't suit!!

The more information we have the better choices we can make. I guess it really comes down to finding an eating plan that we can sustain for life. It's definitely made me think about my poor eating habits.
I think it will most likely benefit me the same way it has your Mum, I just have to get serious and do it.
