Accountability partner Adelaide

Hi, My name is Rose and i'm very excited to have just started the Property Apprenticeship!
  I am in my early 30s and have owned 4 investment properties in the last 10 years.  I was divorced a few years back and sold all of my properties at that time.  I have since bought another house which i lived in for 18 months until last September when I worked out that it made more sense for me to rent it out than live in it! (both from a financial and lifestyle perspective) Listening to Steves webinar i now realise that i was confused as to whether that property was a lifestyle property or an investment!  I am now doing the figures as i think that the property is an Elephant and i may be able to utilise the money in that property more efficiently elsewhere.
I dont have an accountability partner, so if anyone from Adelaide is doing the course let me know! :-)  Rose.
