Thought we would say hi.....

Hello everyone thought we would say hi. We have just recently signed up to this course and are both super excited to kick on with our learning.

We have owned a number of investment properties in the past to varying degrees of success. We have always felt something was something, there seemed to be a missing link between the way that the majority of people utilise property as an financial vehicle and the way the really successful people do. To us a few light bulbs went off whilst reading 0-130 properties, which has ultimately led us here, as I am sure it has for a number of other people also.

We have just recently sold all our existing investment property's to allow us to gear up for a fresh, more lucrative and far more successful outcome. We will be using this education on real live properties that we will potentially purchase.

Steve used to be a cave diver, although very different to this, it is also an extremely unforgiving environment and requires knowledge, skill, planning, team and execution in order to succeed. So we completely appreciate the benefits of having a community around you for motivation, support and experience.

The beautiful and sunny Gold Coast is where we reside, we would absolutely love to meet up for a coffee/beer with any other like minded people who are involved in this community.
