Hi Everyone,
I have recently started the course and the first few sessions really made me think how much value I am getting from my managing agents on my existing properties. I have a property in Queensland and the current agent is extremely passive and I feel like I am doing all the work for her. It is now at a point where I am looking to get a new managing agent and wondering if you guys could refer one to me that you have had a good experience with and ideally at a competitive rate?
