What I got was the way of presenting a schedule of the depreciation at the time of sell to increase the actual gain
The other is that Capital Gains can offset Capital Loss, I think those are wonderful points
And If I understood properly Capital Gains can offset accummulated losses, I need to go in depth a bit on that
