Born To Be Free 14 July meeting

I'm planning to go also.
travelling from Sydney, I'm looking to maybe share some accommodation on the Friday night and maybe Saturday night.
havent booked the flights yet, am keen to see how we can all work as a group to help reduce the costs.

Those of us travelling will benefit from the time spent together sharing the experience. Many years ago I was involved in a multi level marketing business, we would often travel to Melbourne for seminars, many lasting relationships resulted form the shared experience.
I think this is a great opportunity.

if there is someone who is coming from country NSW who will be flying from Sydney, Im happy to have some "freeloaders" overnight if that helps.

I'm flying down to Melbs (from Syd) on the Sat morning and back straight after the day finishes. So I'd be keen to share a taxi back to the airport. I'm sure we'll meet up on the day and that there'll be other ppl wanting to get back to the airport too.

Hi there,

I'm also going to Melbourne Saturday morning and returning home to Sydney same day.

I arrive Melbourne 7.35am and am departing around 7.30pm (I'm planning to head back to the airport as soon as the day finishes but have allowed a little time to be a bit flexible).

I have a hire car booked for 7.30am (so much cheaper than a taxi).

Let me know if anyone out there is interested in sharing - it would be great to have a navigator on board lol.

just a quick update
flights are booked, Im going on Friday 9.30am as Wendy is and returning home first thing Sunday 9.00am.

I managed to "freeload" with  a friend so I wont be needing to share accommodation as I proposed in my earlier post. maybe next time :-), blessed that this trip she is on holidays and is transporting me to and from airport and Doncaster. I don't expect to receive the royal treatment every trip, very thankful  :-), 

the offer is still open to "freeloaders" Thursday night in Sydney if anyone is in need.

I agree with Barb, car rental would be the trick, especially if a couple of us get together.

It looks like the taxis will cost twice what I thought! I am arriving from Perth at 4.25am into Melbourne airport. I will get 2 hours sleep at the hotel where the conference is, providing it doesnt take too long to travel there from the airport. Next time I wont be spending so much money - with a bit of forward planning ... I am sure many others will be in the same boat. I would love to share a taxis or hire car back to the airport.
