Does anyone know the NSW equivalent of VIC's Dept of Sustainability and Environment?

Does anyone know the NSW equivalent of VIC's Dept of Sustainability and Environment?

The Victorian website has yearly median house/apartment prices for a particular suburb. The best I've been able to find for NSW is per 5 years.

Not sure if the Dept of Infrastructure could help?? - http://www.planning.nsw.gov.au/

Possibly provide us the link to the Victorian website you have for the median house prices and people could provide somthing further.
