Filing out new forms to qualify for the Certificate IV status

Hi All,

Has anyone attempted to fill out the forms to qualify for the certificate IV forms?

Is the student required to fill in Page 2 of the Training Plan outline form?  It looks very complicated.

Any advice folks?

Hi Derek,
 

Regarding your question of the Training Plan outline form, Renee said we just need to fill in with our name, address, date of bith, and sign it. Everything else can be blank. I hope it helps.

I also emailed the new RTO about the forms and they replied quickly. They also confirmed to just fill in your details at the top of the training plan outline. Once the certification is done, then the forms are in.

For those of us who enrolled in the first intake, my reading is that the 18 months has restarted?? Might need to confirm this with Renee.

I hope so.  My 18 mths is up soon and Module 6 isn't even ready for download!

well ive only just found my email about the course having a change, emails were going to wrong inbox and havnt logged on for a while..

im printing out everything as i type, i was also very unsure about the 2nd page.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I MIGHT NEED TO DO, or know??
