Hi Greg
Module 4?? You're flying through it!! The answer here may be answered by Steve in his webinars. Can't help you as I'm battling through the 12 assignments of module 3!
Hi Chris,
I am actually upto Modular 6 (not trying to big note myself). Just had this one to finish, then i should be done. I can tell you now that Module 3 is the hardest & most work invloved as it will get easier from that point onwards. Can I help you with anything??

Think of it as what order do you value things for capital growth vs what order do you value things for income return.
The things you can value are either the property, land or the tenant. Capital growth vs income return with value them differently.
I found module 6 quite good just makes you think of some more what-ifs are being aware of what things you may be liable for combination of that and the module doesn't take long to read/do!

Thanks Greg!! I might PM you if I need to bounce some ideas. You're certainly steaming along, good on you!
