As we have all learnt, having a team of professionals is extremely important to achieving your investing goals.
Can anyone else see the advantages if we asked for a page to be created which contains recommendations; broken down to the various professions and locations? ( Eg. QLD - Solicitors/Lawyers, NSW - Broker, etc..)
Thoughts?
Be handy but i think your own DD would be required as lots of referrals could have a vested interest eg themselves,family friends rather than people who actually have had work by them . Could also run the risk of paying your way onto a site to drum up business . Good idea though
