We meet upstairs in the civic library, which is on London Cct next to the Canberra Theatre stairs.

We start the speakers for 2014 with Matt from Nulook Renos, a local business who specialise in cost effective renovations. Matt has a lot of experience in the local market, and will share that with us.
Gold coin entry fee, please bring a coffee mug and notepad/pen.
See you there!
Claire
Our next meeting, Tues 15th April, will be at the same place and time as above. This month we are hosting Craig Russell from Priority One Mortgages to hear the latest in lending products, and answer the important question, "Do banks value new customers over existing ones?" Learn how you can get the most out of what can be a long-term and expensive cost: your investment loan/s. Craig will be answering your questions, so don't miss this opportunity.
See you there,
Claire

Lately we’ve covered many topics relevant to property investing, but this month we are going to get crystal clear about what our goals are, why they are the right goals for us, and how we are going to attain them, and learn some insider tips and secrets from our guest speaker Leanne Shea Langdown, from Achieve Beyond coaching. More on Leanne can be found here: http://www.achievebeyond.com/
Hope to see you there!

Hi Claire,
Thanks for all your hard work, keeping the ACT property meetings running! I am trying to get some info together on vendor financing (VF), and I can't remember where I left my notes from the session that was held on VF several months ago.
I was wondering if you could kindly point me in the right direction for getting in touch with the couple who were successful in this approach?
Thank you,
Simone
Hi Simone
The last ACT Property meeting for 2014 is on tomorrow night (Tuesday 18 Nov 14)!
7pm, Civic Library (rear entrance).
I can't think of who you might be referring to about the VF meeting but everyone will be there tomorrow night, with Claire talking!
Cheers,
Thanks Claire for you all efforts in 2014! Hope you still push on with it in 2015! Let me know how you go
