Module 1 Session 4 "Aha!" Moment

Hi guys!
My biggest "Aha!" moment in session 4 was that I really need start reprogramming my thoughts about wealth. Mainly that I am more help to my community and family with plenty of wealth rather than without, and I can create jobs rather than use one up.
Thanks for reading! Any encouragement will be GREATLY appreciated:)

Thanks Tycho,
This is something ive been working on lately as well. Like Steve I've grown up in a christian home where it is thought that we should give as much as we can away to the poor, but is this really helping them? How much more could I help if I was wealthy enough to give my time, and money to create schools and shelters and food for those who need it...My mindset is now in the right place, I just have to create savings for deposits....that's the trick for me.

Yes, me too. I realised I have to reprogram after growing up in a house that didn't encourage financial wealth seeking. My parents have lived a modest life and are content, but I see the need and have the desire to do better. This course is just what my husband and I need, and I am very much looking forward to passing what I learn to my daughter in the future.

Hi Guys, Tycho , you are on the right track.

Unfortunately a lot of good people have a real problem with wealth . If you have a few dollars you are probably a mercinary, but if you dont then thats ok cause God wants you to be broke so you wont be distracted ( Its ok to spend each day wondering where the next dollar is coming from )

At the end of the day if you are poor you are just a victim. You can't do much because you are a victim so you are absolved and abdicate your responsibilities. Good result........

Have a go and if you make your fortune then deal with the guilt of sharing it. You will grow in the process.

We employ 21 staff who have come from all sorts of back grounds. None of them could find work through the traditional channels so we take them on because we feel we have an obligation to give people an opportunity. Some disappoint. But some make it worthwhile. If our business was not profitable we simply could not afford the risk.

Money does not change you, it just reveals you
