New Airport Train Link

Hello, can anyone tell me what they think the announcement of the new train link from the Albion Jacana line to the airport will do to increase the value of these suburbs in the next 5 years? Is it worth looking at investing in any of these suburbs? I'd like to get in quick if this is the case as no doubt there will be a mass purchase by investors in the next few months?
