Yes, I was urged to get my RE licence instead of doing this course as it would 'give me the inside edge to the other side'. Of course, the 4 day course is only the start and as the article said, if the agency had any interest in developing their staff, they would further develop them on the job.
Reinforces that we should scrutinise those who will manage and/or sell our properties as they are responsible for a lot of dollars!
