sure thing, I am in the Western Suburbs but thats no problems, I get around the city all the time,   I am doing a couple of 3 unit developments in Regional Victoria in Bendigo, first one will kick off in April 2014.

Happy to catch up for a coffee to do a meet and greet.   

there are a few others in Melbourne that are suggesting the same things. would be good to get a team together to go the distance

I also live in Melb (Glen Waverley) and was wondering if there is a Melbourne group that regularly meets up?

I'm currently a stay at home Mum and needing a challenge I started the course begining of Feb this year. I've owned an investment property years ago in Bendigo, but haven't done anything with property since (have done some share trading (CFD's and Futures)). I took on the course as I want to get into property investing seriously and competently!

Hi Daniel, sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.

I'd be happy to catch up before conference, but weeknights are tricky for me and weekends are filling up fast now as I've just recently said I'd help my Mum sell the family home and move into a retirment set up. Good practice for me at least dealing with agents and such and will help her with a task that must be very daunting for her. But with that, the course and two year old twins it hasn't left much in the spare time department!

I don't suppose you ever get over my way, Glen Waverley? I could definitely find time for a drink / coffee weeknight or weekend if I didn't have to travel far.

Understand if that doesn't work for you though. And happy to just arrange to meet up for a drink in Sydney. I'm flying up on the Thursday afternoon, so could even meet up Thursday night if you'll be up there.

my mother lives in glen waverly so i do head over that way here and there so that can work ill give you my email you can contact me and will swap number's etc and arrange something for sure . i was planning on driving to sydney but now i might have to fly up there and make it a shorter trip but my self and my gf will be up there on thursday regardless we would love to catch up and go for dinner or something were are you staying far from confrence?  ritchie and my self and our partners are only 5 mins away iam pretty sure
