Doing renovations for others and how to price your work

I was wondering if someone out there could shed some light, please

My husband and I have been given the opportunity of renovating an apartment in the city that is currently vacant. The owners want to rent it out and at the moment is looking very very outdated to say the least.
We have renovated an apartment for ourselves and we are curently renovating our house. We are very confident we can the work, but we are not sure how to price our efforts. We are able to strip the very oldfashioned wall paper, install a new kitchen and new wardrobes, paint, lay new flooring, install new blinds and light fittings etc,  subcontract plumbers and tilers for the bathrooms and manage the whole project till the end. We are looking for a fair way to do this both for the owners and for ourselves and would like to have this project as a possible "start-up" and be able to showcase it to other owners in the same situation.

Anyone has got any feedback, experience, advise or warnings?

We would really appreciate any help we can get

Thanks in advance
