Fatalistic Investing

I am now aware that i have been a fatalistic investor.... I bought a property on gut instinct thinking that the market was going to bring me healthy returns. Unfortunately, I was wrong because I bought on the downturn after a boom and have lost about $20 -$30,000 in capitail appreciation over the last few years. I have also applied strategy after the purchase to try to buy my out of trouble. It was semi succesful and I regained about what I lost in the market but it took a lot of work and support from my family and friinds and i am now in considerable debt. I am hoping by the end of this course i will know what to do with my current investment and be competent enough to  make wiser investments in the future.

Has anyone else realised where they could have been more successful in the past now that they have started this course?

Cheers

Jordan
