Introduction & accountability buddy

G'day Fellow Property Apprentices,

I have just joined the Property Apprentice program and very excited about all the course content and what I will learn. The program seems to have a great structure to it. I am currently invested in property although most of my education has been in the form of learning 'the hard way'.

Is there anyone else from Western Australia looking for an accountablity buddy to work with, if so please let me know.
I am passionate about creating wealth for my family and myself through property, with whatever strategies that entails. My goal is to 'work for joy not necessity' so I can choose when and how I work. I believe I can achieve this in the next 7 years with the right coaching and strategies.

Anyway, would love to hear from any of you.

Keep chargin'

Hi Derek,

I am in WA too and am just starting the course. I want to finish it within the year at the latest (by end May 2014).

Is anyone else joining in June too?

Kate :-)

Hi Derek / Kate

I joined the course late last year, and went to the orientation day in Melbourne just after Easter, all of the Perth people I met were pretty keen to have some sort of support group in Perth. It has not got much further than a few phone calls, happy to try & get something going.

Hi Tom,

That would be great. I don't know anyone else on the course as I only just joined and it wasn't through an orientation day...

Thanks heaps,

Kate :-)

Hi I'm looking for an accountability buddy also - but happy to link in with anyone - regardless of distance.  I'm new to the property field, having a couple of managed investment funds.  I have a mortgage on my ppor - but preparing my house for rental in March 2014 and getting rid of lifestyle debt. I'm averaging 2 weeks per session at the moment - however this may change as the program gets into more detail.
