Hey Daniel,

I agree mindset is one of the biggest changes that can and will impact on your investing.  It is the area I most need to work on in the short term.  I have not finshed module one yet but looking forward to finishing it off and getting stuck into the next module.  Though I am planning to spend at least a little time applying the information and strategies from the first module.

thanks for your post

Andrew

I find that most things that are worthwhile in life present a challenge...the key to overcoming the challenge is usually getting your head in the right place...it appears that Property Apprenticeship principles are going to be a real & life changing challenge.
Keep going...don't stop...it's often when you look back on something that you thought was very hard that you realise you've come a long way and have learnt a lot.
Onward & upwards...

Maria

Hey guys, I think the thing I have taken most from , Module 1 so far ( I'm up to the end of Session 4) , is the need to get out of speculator mode , and get right into investor mode . It is hard to take what seems to be a big risk where I feel unsafe in taking that step, but I;m sure I'll get there over time .
