I couldn't find any other threads that related so I started another. After completing my asset zoo homework, I'm thinking we are in the Gazelle area. We have two rental houses in a rural area which provide +CF, but not much capital growth. We want to become Lions and to do this I am obviously working through this course, and will hopefully improve competency and eventually proficiency in the investment area. We have brought on board an accounting company who specialises in Property investing and has close ties to other related businesses like buyers agent, conveyancers, etc. We have also engaged a financial advisor to help us get our finances in the best place to move forward. We are working on reducing our lifestyle debt. Here's to moving on up and working towards being a LION!
I'd also be eager to hear other people's answer to Q10 on page 3-16 about using inefficiencies to negotiate a lower price on vacant land.
