I have just started the property apprenticeship and looking for a study buddy.
I live in the Elsternwick, Vic area and aiming to complete the course in 12 months. I have enrolled in the cert IV. I am quite time poor at the moment - 3 kids (9, 7 and 4) and I work 3.5 days a week but property investment is a high priority. My ideal studdy buddy would be someone who can share their ideas, have skills in areas I do not and provide some motivation if / when I get slack! I am happy to work with someone local or interstate (technology is a great thing). My husband and I have done a number of property investments but we need to tighten up our processes, get better at structuring and financing and move to more manufactured growth deals. These are the main reasons for doing the course. My background is in the construction industry (project manager). I currently lecture in construction management and building surveying degree programms.
