This is the first of what I plan to be amongst many posts. Following the many reminders from Steve, I have finally gotten around to posting my first.
Getting through Module 1's Assignment was a great application exercise which made me appreciate all the notes, webinars and forum discussions read throughout in the lead up to submitting. I am now determined to capitalize on these forums to ask questions and seek clarification from here on.
The a-ha moment for me with Session 7 was to learn and recognize the levels of investor sophistication and realize how this framework can be used to achieve my goal of financial freedom. A quick self-audit of which level I am at and how to progressively build my asset base (Part 1) was indeed very exciting. So on this particularly day, I now am able to collectively document my asset base (for the first time) relative to my wealth creation plans.
