Got a quick question for those who've completed this module's assessment - for step one – is this supposed to be the same property that is used in Research Assignment #6 (and ultimately #8, and then again in #10)? Or can it be any tenanted property that is currently for sale?
It reads a little ambiguously (to me anyway!) Research Assignment #6 doesn't specifically mention that it should be tenanted - but the inference seems to be the property we choose for #6 is one we can do a property assessment, tenant assessment(#7), physical inspection(#8) and number crunching on(#10).
I think maybe I've answered my own question....
