Research Assignment Number 11

Hi everyone,

I've built an excel worksheet for assignment number 11 to calculate the 'What-if' scenarios of the questions.

I'm a bit stumped as to how we actually use the 'upside' and 'downside' columns or more specifically, how to illustrate my answers to each 'what-if' scenario so that it makes sense to Renee. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I realise that the upside and downside reflect positive or negative financial occurrences to the investment. But I'm not sure how to demonstrate these on the worksheet.

Hi Guys, I was looking through the forum for something else and saw your very recent post sitting here unanswered and just figured it at least deserves an answer of some kind :) I'm hot on your heels and if I catch you up and think I can help out I'll drop you a line. I'm just getting into assign #7 and was wondering if we need to source and attach actual documents for section 4? did you guys?
I realise I haven't helped you at all but thought maybe as we are almost on the same page we could help each other out here.
I was surprised to see your post has been sitting there for a few weeks unanswered. Can get a little disheartening when no one puts out a hand.

Hi again, I'm no good on excel spreadsheets so in the end I showed all my end results in a table format as a Cash on Cash Return??????????
